My overall experience at Mission Madison Square was a good experience. The social scene with the community lacks a little. The community needs a monthly news letter to be distributed which keeps the tenants informed on community events, safety of the neighborhood and changes of the neighborhood. The parking was ok, except the vistors parking needs to be addressed. The location of the neighborhood is very accessible to a lot of things no problems of congested traffic, from the area. The amenities to the neighborhood need to be upgraded as far as the appliances, (to more modern to this time). The grounds/parking areas, spaces need to be re-paved and more topsoil in others, but overall good. Need a bigger play area for the children. Curfew would be a plus of the underaged. The office staff that I encountered while there was very respectful upon entering the office and helpful. Maintenance has been an issue. A suggestion is to make sure they have experience in the area and like the job they are doing before hiring. There are always some issues with anywhere you maybe but I give it a thumbs up.

I would not recommend these apartments to any one. every thing that they advertise on there web site and on the phone is a total LIE. They have 2 pools that are not opened, they say that you have 2 allotted parking spaces that you don't have and that they have courtesy officers that you will never see. A maintance request could take 7-14 days or longer to have completed. They do not have on-line payments. My list could go on and on.

We have lived here for almost 2 yrs, now and are extremely disappointed. they go through mantience men like water. it took 8 months to get a hole in the bathroom wall fixed that their mantience man put there. the pool was only opened one month last year and not at all this year and we are not paying for the pools at their other locations we are paying for the anemity of the pool here. we have to put in every month for our air conditioner to be recharged and we were told that their is a leak but still is not repaired correctly and it has taken a email request stopping at the office and calling them 8 days to come here and still not fixed. we have talked with management many times about what goes on around our building but it just gets worst.really feel like when we talk to them no one is really listening or cares unfortuantely we have been told by people in our building that we are not wanted here due to the fact that we have made complaints to office about the problems that go on around our building. so we have no choice but to move. the only good things is that it is in a very good location. I feel that the problems here are more than they can manage and that if they could get the problem under control this would be a great place to live.

Dear Sharonda,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Mission Madison Square. I would like to start by apologizing that we have fallen below your expectations during your residency. We strive to exceed our customer’s standards and are disappointed when that doesn’t happen.
Upon reviewing your e-mail we thought it best to take another look at our website information. Everything appears accurate at this time but we will continue to monitor the information and make corrections as needed. The parking at the community is on a first come basis; assigned parking has never been offered due to the fairness of all residents. We are as disappointed as you regarding the late opening of the community pools. Due to the early May flooding in Nashville; several community pools were delayed. We have been actively working with the Metro Health Department to open as soon as possible and will notify all residents once they have given us the green light. Until then….our sister community pools are available for your use as mentioned in the resident correspondence that was distributed on each resident’s door. The Courtesy Officer(s) can be reached by phoning the office. They are willing to assist should the need arise. Otherwise; they are usually in attendance at the community social functions if you would like to meet them. We are happy to report that new Service team members have been hired and are working diligently to catch up on any request that is outstanding. If we have overlooked something; please don’t hesitate to let us know and we will make it a priority.
Again, I apologize for the issues that you have been dissatisfied with at Mission Madison Square and know that we are here to turn the wrongs into rights if given the chance. We have discussed several of these issues already but if you would like further discussion; feel free to stop by the office. We appreciate your choice in making Mission Madison Square your home and will strive to regain your respect.
Sincerely,
Marla Robison
